All those flags against us (KSU) were friggin bogus. And yes, I loved this team with Roberson and Sproles, etc.

Frank Solich's pre-game win-loss record was the same as the final score. What are the odds?
@robjohnson88614 жыл бұрын
Wierd: Solich's rec 49-13 before game, final score too.

Ironic that Frank Solich's career record prior to the game would be the final score. 0:07

One of my favorite teams. If we could have taken out Texas that year...who knows?
@robjohnson88614 жыл бұрын
What I knew was, Synder was 5-36 against top 10 teams lifetime. So, I decided to look to see what TX was that year. You got it, #8. That's one reason why Neb 95 has moved from the conversation of greatest ever to currently #4* and will be #5 after LSU 2019 is factored in. Osborn's 60-3 run included 5 practically guaranteed wins against Synder. But at the time we didn't know Synder would suck as bad as he did....when it mattered. * Sept 2019 Espn's greatest 150 teams, 150 contributors.

We choked bigtime in Boulder in 02’, by far that was the biggest loss. It was one of those games that Bill made decisions that kept his players from winning. Don’t ever, ever kick the football to Jeremy Bloom in 2002. Ever.
@alexkain85643 жыл бұрын
Jeremy Bloom didn’t return any kickoffs or punts for touchdowns in that game against K-State. Bloom caught a 94 yard touchdown pass on 3rd and long when KSU had them backed up on their side of the field. Plus the Buffaloes had a really solid team in 2002. But I still don’t think James Terry was out of bounds when he caught what would have been the game tying touchdown in the back of the end zone in the fourth quarter.

@@robjohnson8861 you can say whatever you want about Snyder...but what I know is neither Nebraska or Texas were at the bottom of the barrel of college football and Snyder was never loaded with blue chip athletes and still lose big games like Texas
@robjohnson88613 жыл бұрын
@@goop3213what? Hey enabler, you think Rob created that 5-36 stat. It followed him around like the plague. If you get to be a top 10 team you should come somewhat close to beating other top 10 teams. The anchors never said, yeah but, he isn't as loaded as the other team. And his record against top 25 is not great either.

Synder 2-11 against Neb at game time and people question Neb's decision to fire Solich. With his recruits, Solich sucked. Remember, "N" stands for knowledge.
