Alchemy of Souls was the one that got me hooked on Kdramas. I was blown away by seeing awesome graphics and sword fights done right and I never thought that action and romance could go hand in hand so well. Thanks to Hong Sisters for this amazing drama. Now, I am binge-watching Kdramas on Netflix

I love all of the Hong Sisters’ works. Almost everything they’ve written is a masterpiece of the K-Drama Romance genre. I don’t know how many times I’ve watched Master’s Sun.

Master's Sun is the only one that didn't send me into a pit of depression when I got to the end. 🤣😭🤣 They write great stories but do they really need to crush viewers hearts like that?😭

I’m surprised they don’t have writer Kim Eun Sook included on this list because she’s behind so many of the shows that have gone on to be tv successes like Mr. Sunshine, Descendants Of The Sun, Guardian The Lonely And Great God, Secret Garden and most recently The Glory.

I didn't realize what they all worked on. That's amazing! I knew they did alchemy of souls, which is one of my favorite Korean dramas. I didn't realize they did Hotel del Luna. I really enjoyed that one and watched it before alchemy of souls aired. Big, Korean Odyssey, and My Girlfriend is a Gumiho have all been on my to watch list. Didn't realize the sister's wrote all these.

I love the timing of this. I just finished Alchemy Of Souls part 1 and I'm seriously annoyed at what part 2 is looking like. 😅 I've been burned by these sisters so much I'm suspicious of anything they write. Just know one of your faves will die an unfair death. 🤣😭🤣

Alchemy of Souls Season 1 was great, but while Season 2 was highly anticipated and had the potential to be even better, I felt like the plot didn’t make any sense and made it completely pointless. The main character was quite literally cut off. I was really disappointed.
