I love mine to. I have 1-06, 200. 3-88, 200s. My 1st KDX was a new White 88-200. I still have it and ride it and it's plated. Ride safe my 2 wheel friend.

Clake One light clutch on Kdx is the best. Clake will ship to you from Australia. Amazing to turn clutch into hydraulic one finger clutch. So much more control and much lighter. I love mine.

What are your jetting specs and what ratio oil mixture do you like to run? Just curious because i just got my KDX220 and.it has a full fmf.pipe. But it doesn't run as crisp as my previous bikes like a yz125/yz250/kx250/xr250r/Xr600L/etc.. But the 2 stroke bikes. I'm just saying I'm not new to jetting but I can't seem to get this KDX fully correct and what im happy with... BTW im from NY. What area is this video taken from? Looks nice and open wide trails and service roads

Not my video but in my 2000's KDX200 I have a full pro circuit exhaust and I'm running 40-1 klots super Cherry it has caster oil in it witch improves your bottom end and make everything run like brand new from the dealership

WHEN JETTING SEEMS UNRESPONSIVE NO MATTER WHAT U DO IT COULD BE JUST THE FLOAT BOWL HEIGHT OUTTA ADJUSTMENT SO BEFORE YOU EVER STARTR SWAPPING OUT BRASS.......FLOAT HEIGHT NEEDS TO BE RIGHT OR THE JETTING PROCESS WILL BECOME A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME IF CORRECT FLOAT HEIGHT ISNT IN SPEC...

I know this comment is old but i run 50:1 with stock jets using amsoil interceptor 2 stroke synthetic. Runs super clean and crisp. Never fouls or has exhaust spooge. Worth a try for you

Your bike sounds great and clean. I have a 1996 KDX 200. You mentioned that you changed the main jet. Can you tell the jet number that you used? I have problems in the 1/4 throtle acceleration. Hesitates somewhat, would like to hear mine running clean as yours.

Obed Jimenez 1/4 throttle is pilot jet and then air screw. You always start from Idle and go up because everything is affected by these beginning steps

Thank you Juetheman, did not do that much mod, twin air Air filter, 49 rear sprocket ( gives me more acceleration less speed ).

Sounds interesting, I might consider the same sprocket. I'm not much in to high speed, either. I prefer that instant power and launch through the twisty stuff. And going by the vid, it clearly has plenty of top end left.

I'm running a 13/50, work great if your over 200 lbs. 100-150 stick with stock.

hitmanhite mine won't 3rd gear wheelie without a bunch of help. if rather have low grunt than speed for a scramble. still mine doest sound as good. if I put around I have to clear it out a bit
