Fantastic Beef!!!. I had to comment on this, because it was very nice. Never knew the secret of boiling first for 15min with all masala in; "in its own juice" and then pressure cooking it. The only thing I did different was I added some coconut pieces because I like coconuts in the beef curry and I added boiling water, may be the water that you added was boiling as I was told not add cold water to already hot curries. I am 72 yrs old and started to take the passion of cooking about 30 years ago. But I never had such a great beef like this. I will try to make the mutton the same way too. or do you cook it differently? Thanks again for a great video.

This comment made my day!!😍 Thank you sooo mch for trying out this recipe.. & am so glad that you liked it🤩 Of course, adding coconut pieces will enhance the flavour of beef curry.. while i was shooting the video, i had only store bought grated coconut here.. that’s why i didn’t add coconut pieces in this curry. The water i ‘ve added here was normal water (room temperature) , because the status of beef while we are adding water, is uncooked (not even partially cooked) .. so adding normal water will not affect the texture of beef or curry😊 You can make mutton in the same way with a little bit of changes.. In mutton curry, instead of onions add same amount of shallots & reduce the amount of red chilli powder & increase the amount of black pepper powder.. Add some chopped coriander leaves too.. Will do a video of mutton curry soon! ☺️
