I think Keanu got annoyed with Rosie. At 2:35, she asks him what movie he had worked with Al Pacino in, but he had already mentioned he was working on The Devil's Advocate, which has Al Pacino. That is why he responds with a dry laugh and murmurs at 2:50 either "No, that's why I am sitting here" or "that's why I am here" which Rosie talks over him. Aside from that, Rosie really made him feel comfortable by the end of the interview. Edit: He seemed a bit off because he had surgery and had just finished filming or was filming The Matrix at the time. Still handsome tho.
