In the year 2018 I went from Sersi and did finger print registration at Plata through Helecopter

They seem to have thrown safety to the four winds. The ground staff do not wear safety vests, people walk in all directions and do not get guided by the ground staff staff away from the chopper and no fire extinguishers can be seen. I hope that somebody does not walk into the tail rotor or forgets to duck when helicopter models with lower rotor discs land or take-off. At Kedarnath, there was one helicopter taking off while another was coming in to land. These seem to be VFR flights and I wonder what protocols they have in place for collission avoidance. This is a disaster waiting to happen.

Haridwar to Phata by car approx 8 hrs. Next morning flight from Phata to Kedarnath and back to phata same day. Next day morning journey to Gangotri..
