Ours mostly done by Monks and higher Lamas, same as that of Tibetan. Bhutan is one of the leading country of Buddhist after Tibet, but yes small puja and making torma at home with flour and rice mashed done the similar ways as yours. May all gain peace, happiness and success because Buddhist Puja always is about that, no harming even a small insects, but prayers for each one to gain peace, happiness, harmony, happiness, and prosperity❤🙏
