A proffer agreement is not a promise of absolute immunity but an agreement between the defendant and the government for a certain level of “use immunity.” Keefe had a deal for that charge he was up on in that setting where he admitted to his involvement. Police can now go after him for his book and any other video where he is saying his involvement. It’s all separate to the agreement he made
