Keefe doesn’t for one second think that it’s any other of the vehicle’s occupants other than he or Orlando that is being referred to. If it actually had been another occupant other than Orlando who did the shooting, Keefe wouldn’t have been defensive about himself. All this talk of big arm, it was nighttime and everything happened quickly. How can you definitively deduce the size of the arm? Few things here. 1) “Big black arm” - Gene Deal has pushed this narrative for a while now. However, none of Kadafi, Edi, or Frank’s LVMPD statements mention a big arm. All say dark skin and Edi is specifically asked whether the arm was big/muscular and says he couldn’t tell all that. Interestingly, they all seem to think it was a rear seated shooter shooting out of the drivers FRONT window (which doesn’t quite fit with shooting over Big Dre) 2) Terrence Brown aka Bubble Up was still alive when Greg Kading got Keffe to confess 3) Assumption is the witness Vlad is referring to is Edi as Vlad has talked about them now being friends previously.
