Nice build! One thing to consider is a regear because you are running larger tires and you've put on a lot of weight, so to speak. A ratio at 4.58 might serve you well. Most likely, you'll experience slightly better fuel economy and you'll be reducing the stress on your drivetrain. If you haven't already, consider upgrading your brakes because of that extra weight. Wilwood makes an amazing brake system for the 4Runner. Happy trails!

I’ve never tried an awning, though I’ve wondered if it might be nice for my truck camping setup. Currently, I use the Aquaquest Defender tarp. It requires some extra time to setup but it’s versatile and offers more living space when there’s precip. I like your rig setup! Thanks for the vid!

Man I NEVER subscribe to KZbin channels but I'm subscribed! I just bought my runner in November of last year and found your page as I explore my interest in getting out into nature & videography/vlogging as well. As far as the content, I think it would be great to separate both the ASMR and talking videos! I've enjoyed having your ASMR stuff on in the background while I work or relax, and the commentary is good if I'm giving a video my full attention. I know I'd love to see some content thats "behind the scenes" in regards to your shooting and editing the content you produce! cameras, color grading, editing, etc. Cheers and looking forward to following your page more! Congrats on leaving the day job!

Noce outfitted rig, I have the nightshade limited. I cook away from my vehicle on a portable table just in case one has a fire issue, with that said.....i notice your flame stove in relation to your jerry can. Not the greatest idea and maybe choose more horizontal separation between the 2. Do you prefer sleeping on the roof vers inside the 4runner? Many, like myself prefer inside and use the roof for storage. Intresting choices nonetheless.

Someone else may have asked but is there anything to buy that can allow you to get in and out of your tent without worrying about rain? All awnings seem unable to cover the ladder area of tents. Sick video though love the vibes!

That’s so cool, I’m jealous! Just a holiday trip. Was a great time and really would like to be back during spring/summer. I usually air down if I’m planning on doing a lot of crawling on rocks or rougher terrain. Typically I sit anywhere from 12-17 psi
