The 288(A) charges also got dismissed at a later date: 013 PC288(a)-F Lewd or Lascivious Acts With Child Under 14 Years 11/17/2020 - Dismissed 1385 PC 1385 PC refers to the power of a Californian judge to dismiss a case 'in the interest of justice' - if they deem the charges to be 'unfair, unnecessary, or frivolous'.

@@djmon1987 What in this case does dismissal mean? Cases get dismissed for lots of reasons but I don't know if it's exactly exonerating. It's interesting that this was dropped just about a year after charging and there was no follow up story anywhere that I can find.

Actually I take that back now that I have a date. Additional charges were announced as pending against Steven and Barajas on Jan 16 in a Newsweek article which was later updated May 14, 2016, although what was changed is not said. The article does explicitly state that Dadd would not be charged for the new allegations. So maybe that was as cleared as he was gonna get from this case?

In the audio episodes you have the intro and shoutout of the week before the interview and then the listeners questions after and I love those. But it's not like i'm gonna go back to the audio episode after the youtube episode and fast forward everything to go look for those parts.
