Keema Do Pyaza - Meat
Keema do Pyaza is a delicious spiced lamb mince simmered with tomatoes and onions. Here, we make use of onions twice, in the cooking process, hence the name Keema Do Pyaza.
It's a perfect combination with tandoori rotis, nans, parathas, or you can serve this with some jeera rice, ghee rice and veg pulao.

List of Ingredients
2 cinnamon stick
2 cardamon pods
4 cloves
1 tsp cumin seeds
10 peppercorns
300 gm kheema I have used bones also
1 onion
1 tomato
3-4 green chillies
Salt as per taste
1 1/4 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilly powder
2 tsp ginger garlic green chilly and coriander paste
3/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilly flakes
2 tbsp curds
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsk kauri methi
Coriander leaves
Oil as required
