Keema Masala (Beef curry with potatoes) | Easy Indian Food | Meal Prep!

Prepare quick & easy Indian food with me and my cat, Nugget! Today we make Aloo Keema Masala, which is ground meat with soft, delicious potatoes. You can also switch out the beef for goat, and make Mutton Keema Masala!
Ingredients for easy grocery shopping 👇🏻
Base:
3 tbsp oil (I use ghee or avocado oil)
6 cardamom
4 cinnamon sticks 4
5 cloves
3 halved Kashmiri chili (dried red chili)
3 onions
2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
500 g keema (minced/ ground meat of your choice)
2 potatoes
Spices:
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1.5 tsp Red Chilli
2 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garam Masala
Salt to taste (I start with 2 tsp)
