Brodnax is a real OG. He from West Monroe but gravitated to the Houston rap scene back in the day. He said he had a meeting scheduled with DJ Screw before he passed and toured with a most of the H / LA rappers back in the day. Dude was even pushing lean for a bit n actually was hooked on it at one point. Not sure if that contributed to him going in a diff direction for a bit but he's a family man now. I heard he started a roofing business or construction something like that. Dude's swag is so contagious. If you listen to him in interviews he sounds like the most down to earth humble kind-hearted brother. Gotta respect dude's grind. I saw him with ACal in Dallas/FW a few months back. I really feel like if the cards had been stacked the right way n he was exposed to a national audience PawPaw could seriously blow up
