Hi Keeoh! I’ve been watching you since your first speedrun series, it’s my first time commenting tho 😅, there’s a setting somewhere called “Walk while in focus”, I don’t know if you have it on but if yes you should turn it off STAT because focus is mainly used for longer ranges and strafing becomes nonexistent with that setting on. Hope I helped out a bit, fire content as always!

Btw the way to play valorant on console early is to link your console account to your riot games account and put the code into the shot on Xbox idk about play station but that’s how for Xbox players

Can someone please explain the difference between focusing and aiming in valorant! I haven’t played in a long time and don’t understand bc if I have to use a whole new key to focus rather than to aim I might quit ngl.

Left trigger will put you into “focus mode” which is a nice mechanic for console it’s slows down your sensitivity which is customizable and a small zoom barely noticeable. If you click r3 while in “focus mode your normal scope will appear just like on pc. You can aim regular on console like pc but the focus mode is nice to slow things down for those micro adjustments that can mimic the mouse feel on console. Very good tech for console and you’ll be glad it’s there.

You can play up to two friends in competive so long as your mmr isn't a wide gap. Example, they cant be immortal with you being silver or smth. So long as the ranks are within a few it will more than likely let you. After trios, it gets more complicated

Quick questions for console players 1. Is the aim assist really that strong? 2. Do you counter strafe? 3. Is it easy to bunny hop?

1. theres a bit of AA it's really strong if you flick instead of having good cross hair placement, probs gonna get nerfed 2. counter strafing isn't common in my experience because just letting go of the thumbstick emulates it close enough 3. it's easier depending on your keybinds, for example if you're a bumper jumper from halo and re-map your keys for that then it's very easy
