If you can be completely honest with me, i’ve gone away from 3D & Mograph work & concentrated on my Cinematography career with the occasional editing gig. Can this course relate to this? If so give it a percentage of how much if you can. I would love to do this course but obviously don’t want to fork out if not related. I was thinking the pre-production side of things etc

Probably around half. The Brief, Management, and much of the Creative chapter will still apply, but once it gets close to Production the paths diverge, but then actually align again in the Afterglow chapter. It's up to you if you want to give it a go. You'll have a very valid reason to use the 14 day love it or leave it guarantee if it turns out you don't love it. 😁
