I know he's not recording live instruments but between recording, mixing and mastering, my last release took somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 hours and even after release, I questioned whether I should have done more. @@mailmanmtf-1151 Art, of course. It's a release, for me. I would love to make a living doing it and most likely could but I have a wife and kids. That's way more important to me atm. I still play the local scene, though. I currently sing and arrange for a metal band, play bass and sing for a bass driven sci-fi themed hard rock band and write solo on the side. It's all doable except for extensive touring. I've been writing music for at least 15 years. Only started producing my own stuff (recording, mixing, mastering) within the last 3. Before that, I used studios.

To me, this track is the epitome of 'freestyling' electronic music. I'm one one of those people who likes to put his finger on a track to identify its genre and say something like: "Ah, this is a banging tech house track". The more it went on, my analytical mind just stopped and simply enjoyed the creativity. My man, I've thoroughly enjoyed this experience! So many influences too, like 4:55 - 5:25 reminded be a bit of 'Style of Eye - Antidote', or the damn fresh funky beats from 6:57. Please do more!
