You can use cricut to make those boxes. You would have to get the bigger cutting mat because the standard size in 12 inch × 12 inch. And it does foiling too.

I stumbled upon your channel by accident and could not be happier I did. I'm a candle maker, I make wickless candles actually. You are a joy to watch and I love listening to you talk as much as I love listening to the cellophane wrap(ASMR thing). I watch you create beautiful pieces or pack, doesn't matter what you're doing it helps me relax. Thank you for that, even though you're just doing what you do. 😊🌹

Absolutely Gorgeous Dahlias or is it Zinnias!!! I have both and a couple are very similar. We all use the plastic wrap to help keep our soaps fresh when shipping. Just recently went to biodegradable after using up a super large order of the regular. It is a shame the expense of it, but sorry to say it all isn't cheap, so it has to be passed along to the customer. Some of it is absorbed, but that also is costly. I just recently went to packing my soaps in one beautiful box. The size of the box, depending on amounts of soaps ordered, is put in one nice box and this packed into a cardboard one for shipping. All different products go into separate boxes, of course. All pkg., including labels and ink for them too, have to be added in. I always hope that folks understand all that. I love watching your packaging videos, as well. Enjoyed this one very much and can't wait for the next one. Blessings 💕👍💕👍💕

Karen, the reason I adore your packing videos so much is because you have the most gorgeous packaging materials I've ever seen!!! No one packs a box the way you do. I'm always impressed by what you come up with. I know your customers feel like they are recieving a gift, even though they've ordered it themselves. You are very thoughtful to give your customers the royal treatment! PS: I love your flower gardens. I have huge beds to mostly Iris and Daylilies. I have many colors of each. Are those Dahlias blooming?

I just watched a video where a young entrepreneur had just received her custom made boxes in with her logo on the top, info on the inside of the box and all of social media info on the back. She even said that she could have put info on the top, inside of the lid but had forgot and she was able to purchase 50 at a time. She said they make boxes of all sizes. One of her vendors has thicker quality and one is less expensive. Her KZbin is CROWNHERVIXEN and her vendors for the boxes are boxyup.com. They makes the sturdy boxes. The other is papermart.com and those are least expensive. She was so sweet to share her information and I believe she said she could choose any colors she wanted. You could always put your logos and your catch phrase on there like when you greet us in your videos. That would be so adorable! Then you could just print out a label that has the name and the ingredients. I am so proud of these young ladies becoming entrepreneurs at an early age and paving their future. It’s so inspiring! 💜💜💜

Hi Karen! I love your packing videos, absolutely adore them. Just so happens I was needing a die cutting machine and we decided on the Silhouette Cameo 4. It's just like a Cricut, but it was more economical! It does everything the high end Cricut Maker does but $100 cheaper! I just made some iron-on transfers for my shirt for a show I'm doing (I think you might call them "markets") and I'm using it to make boxes and dust covers for my candles and making cards for Gift boxes. I love this thing!

@LadyThoopie4 жыл бұрын
I used to have a cricut, very easy to use and will cut your card, you tell the machine what you are cutting. And can get thicker blades to even cut leather on them :) it is time consuming tho, you would be better off getting a couple of mats so that you can load up the card on a few and rotate whilst doing other things :)

Karen, could you use the deeper ones with some shredded crinkle paper? I was looking for some today on eBay and you can get loads of colours. You definitely need 300gsm card. You need a Cricut Maker cutting machine! What do you use to stick the edge of the box when you assemble it? This is what you need: Stix2 Double Sided Ultra Clear Very High Tack Adhesive Tape, 6mm x 15m www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B003BIUYSG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_WZatFbFC4SZYR once the tape is on one edge, run a pritt stick along the surface of the tape to give you some wiggle room when you attach the edges as the tape is super strong. Have you ever tried glassine bags for your soap?

I have a Cricut but I would suggest the Cricut Maker. It can cut through wood! Do some research but that is what I plan to get when I start selling my soap and bath bombs because you can make whatever size box you want. And there are 12x24 inch sizes card stock you can use. There are so many cutters out there now but I use the Cricut and the Silhouette Cameo. These are my favorite machines. You can even make stickers! And much more.

I know this question has nothing to do with this video, but I figure since it is the most recent there’s a greater chance it will get answered! I’m making hot cocoa soaps and I cannot for the life of me find marshmallow molds! The best I could find it sugar cubs.
