@@TheLimited09 Do you investigate crimes that have no suspect or ones that do and I guess you just investigate whatever your boss says or can someone come to you, no, that's a private investigator, I guess. I had a few thousand $ worth of stuff stolen from my garage. Had a footprint and phone # of who I thought did it and gave that info or at least the footprint to someone here and they just file 13 it automatically. You can't rely on govt. Security cameras with instant messaging is the only real security you can get.

The first time I seen them was 1981 I Drove four hours to see them in Devonport Iowa. REO story. They were a local mid 1960’s band at the University of Illinois playing mostly at the Red Lion. I was a bar tender at the rival bar, The Chances “R”, the “classy” bar as opposed to the hard rock society image at the Lion. Still, REO night packed the house and they were featured on many football weekends and special event nights. A diminutive power house was gestating in the middle of all this. It’s name is Irving Azoff who singlehandedly created the industry that is booking and managing bands at different venues. No question, REO was his favorite but there were other acts including Fog Hat and Michael Murphy getting their licks in too. Irv hung out with the owners and managers of both bars and was a fixture at both with his two sidekicks, Bob Nutt and John Barrick. They took great delight in forcing up the cost of the bands and playing the two bars off against each other. Still, my best rock and roll memories were tending the floor “speed bar” right below REO’s giant speakers and pouring 16 Oz. Beers as fast as I could all night. The M.O was to open the tap and never turn it off for as long as four hours. Six waitresses were on a circuit and never sat down. In that time I would personally “turn over the register” by selling a thousand dollars worth of beer at $0.50 a mug. That was quite a feat. There were two other bars with a total of four more bartenders all doing about the same. The place was a gold mine. Irv decided to pack up the entourage, his hand picked bands and everything he could steal and head to LA where he opened Front Line Management. Soon he endeared himself to the Eagles by paying off a Mexican sheriff and springing them from the hooscow. Back in SOCAL he scooped up Jackson Brown, Linda Ronstadt and a whole bunch of others. He is now the richest and most powerful person in the entertainment industry. If you participate in any way with the music industry Irv gets a cut. And it all started with a little guy playing favorite venues against each other using REO as the coveted prize. Look him up. You won’t believe it. Oh yeah while he was at it he thought up and produced the movie, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, getting into another entertainment area career.

thanks. That was an older time with the goatee when I did just the guitar stuff on this song. Then I decided some days back to try singing it then thought hey, go grab the guitar vid, rerender the guitar of mine ONLY and just add those over the singing. DAMN DUDE, I'm thoroughly JEALOUS. I could sing all these songs you do before I developed Palaps on my Vocal cords over a 4--year period. Well, the 7 surgeries I had took away some of the vocal strength, certain tech- niques, and overall quality. So---Damn, dude...Lucky you!
