I wasn't Rashford out until I went to the Newcastle game and saw him. Not interacting with fans, kicking the ball around on his own instead of with his team mates, practically jogging in place when he did get on to play. He's completely checked out. I can’t believe you can sit here and say Ten Hag hasn’t done enough with the players he’s had. Jonny Evans played twice as many games this season for manchester united than he did last season with a relegated Leicester side because we were unable to get a better backup centre back. Ten Hag wanted another centre back just as much as we did. The centre back pairing of Varane and Martinez (aka the centre back pairing that dictates the style of play we want and practically what got us 3rd place last year) happened times I can count on one hand this season. We haven’t had a left back all season! We got no players in the January transfer window!!!! I genuinely think the only thing you really can blame Ten Hag for this season is bringing in Onana. That’s really the only wasteful thing he has done, and don’t talk to me about Mason Mount. You can call him a waste when he turns into Jadon Sancho. Do not chat to me about he hasn’t performed with the players he’s had this season.

Dezerbie has a far worse team than united with more injuries and haven't been in contention for top six since they arrived. Brighton also sold their best players and replaced them with talents for the future. Comparing the two clubs situation is illogical. In some ways i think that the injuries have been a God send to Mark in his defence of Ten Hag Yes the injuries have been terrible, and i don't doubt that without them the team would have at least challenged for top 4. However, there were times when, even with injuries, Utd put out a strong team, at least comparatively so considering the opposition, and lost or played poorly, even when they've won. This has happened far more times than Mark is willing to admit.

So what regarding an injury crisis, NUFC had a worse injury crisis AND have a generally lower quality squad and finished above Utd. Utd literally lucked their way through the season and could easily be 10th, do not forget just how poor the majority of performances have been this year. Yes some players are a big issue BUT that still doesn’t mean EtH is the right manager. He has shown zero reason to inspire hope. If nothing else just look at the ridiculous Coventry game, that was Utd’s season in a nutshell.

If we win FA cup it’s a bonus, but we need to start thinking bout recruitment next season. I personally think we need to focus on bringing through youth players into the mid-later stages of the season whilst also recruiting in transfer marketing with a few young players but definitely some experience. We need a new world class CB, and striker to challenge Rasmus, and new right winger for depth and options, a few new midfielders (I really think Dani Olmo would be amazing), a new LB, and a few free transfers for depth. Would also love Frimpong but not as important.
