I LOVE the Trans Pecos region!! I love to escape and unwind here. Get away from traffic and congestion and come to a region where they say, why do today what I can do next week. A slower pace of life for sure!! I am a Texas Master Naturalist and I wish we could get our hours at other regions besides our own.

So the USA has KNOWN that drawing down aquafirs is not a good idea? Take a look at the recent drought markers along the Canadian prarie border where dryland farming for grains is common up north, but Montana east they irrigate with mile wide draw down equipment. You can draw a green line EXACTLY along the border. Two completely different methods of management.
