No it’s not, it’s a sealant which helps to lock in moisture from the moisturizing products previously used.

For my youngest I use the Shea moisture kids moisturizer and my oldest either As I am double butter cream, Elasta Qp or TGIN moisturizer. Thanks so much for watching 😊
