Oh Ben, This makes and breaks my heart. I am so glad you have found it in you to play Keep your head up again. It is almost the embodiment of what bought you the success you didn't realise that you didnt want. The anguish as you play it seems almost necessary as you bring yourself through that chapter of your life. But you've done it. I saw you perform with A Blaze of Feather at Minack Theatre a couple of months ago and you looked back. It was like a switch being flicked on. You are the man and you are in control. Keep that heart strong Pard.
