Keepa Adds New Features (Buy Box Line & More) 2020 Changes Updates for Tracking Sales Rank & Prices

I subscribe to Keepa for my FBA business. First, I've had no communication from them that they have made such changes. Second, thanks so much for more valuable information Stephen. Much appreciated. Last, when they were showing the little triangles could click on them and it would show the seller that had that price at that time. I used to find that useful. Again, many thanks.

Keepa does not send out updates to customers, but they instead have a link on their website that gives out the updates. Here is the link: keepa.com/#!news. As for the buy box seller info, I don't see how to access that info right now. I'll look into this with my contacts with Keepa and see what they have to say.

Thanks for the video Stephen. It seems though from your explanation that we cannot trust the sales rank (green line) if it is flipping to subcategory frequently or even once. We all know how to judge our favorite categories, but to have a product flip to a subcategory, means I cannot judge a former household rank if it is now plumbing fixtures. We would have to relearn all our products subcategories - which be extremely overwhelming, especially if they change frequently or even from time to time . Any advice?

I have been noticing that the top-level ranking has not gone away so much as it seems like a LOT of items have changed categories. For example, a lot of backpack vacuums are going from Home & Kitchen to Industrial & Scientific. This seems to be throwing a wrench in long-term averages.

Looks like with the new Buy Box line you can no longer see who the actual seller was. With the diamonds, if you click on one you can see the name of the seller. I found this information very useful. Is it gone now?
