I was lvl 87 and had Stampede. Stampede was insanely bugged at the time and it would kill people in 2 seconds flat. I didn't want to be cheap so I didn't use it.

Have you tried glyphing for stampede yet? When you do and you use spirit beast heals, it'll give you your pets original heals plus 25% from all the copies of your pet. Its pretty useful if you're going to be bringing a spirit beast with you and don't feel like filling your pet slots with all spirit beasts.

You can increase speed with engineering boots i think theres potions out there as well. Worgen racial. As for hunters i think he used posthaste talent and disengaged twice with readiness
