I heard them for the first time at my church Zion in pojoaque NM it was such a blessing this is what we grew up with we did get spankings but we also had lots of love as a single mom raised with good morals and values and we were taught about our Lord praise God kids today have no hope if we dont teach and show them

I would SO love to be able to see them play.. I am in Texas and I don't know that they ever make it this far south :( but they have literally saved my life listening to them and I just found them on you tube by accident. it was. Lord don't ever lose your hold on me.. and Oh what a savior.. and. what a Beautiful Day for the Lord to Come that was what I held on to listened to over and over still am to hold on tight tight. .. For this i thank them so and to God i know they would say be the Glory;.. THANK YOU !

I love the song a Bible and a belt. Such a good lesson, when discipline was part of life. Such a difference between discipline and abuse, God does not condone abuse, He is a loving Father. God bless Keepers of the Faith

but oh i went to school striped like a barber pole and I .. how could that have been the way... All I ever needed was to be told and loved . please just tell me you love me and that it's not a good idea to do what I did because Jesus is crucified all over again when I do that.. tell me something like that I will MAKE SURE I never do it again but you hit me hurt me bring blood to the surface of the edges because the paddle I guess daddy didn't know it had fiberglass in it.. but it did and it cut me. how . so i thought at first i loved the song then it .. suddenly hurt me to listen. knowing some will think SEE .. but i know the truth. just . .I .. don't know anymore. i remember the abject FEAR when mama would say go get that paddle or belt. but the paddle oh... go get it and go wait in your room,... twenty minutes or so of agony then. pants down.. all of them.. no no no no .. but you say and he says. better that than burning in hell. Somehow those built deep resentment in me not the desire to obey anyone. it HURT MY SPIRIT. and MY LOVE. so I am confused for I know it says.. Spare the rod and spoil the child. What was a rod.. did this mean hits across the back? with a rod?// I would rather have that. i really would than a paddle that wrapped around the inner side of tender thighs..
