Keeping pets all in the family

I love Chewy, they have everything I want. When my big boy passed away I had to cancel my dog food order and they were very understanding

I know I’m not chewy’s biggest customer, but I have to be in the running. I exclusively by my 6 dogs, two cats, goldfish, wild bird’s, my daughter’s five dogs, and five cats, all their food, meds, and extras. I average about $600 a month. Hey, they never sent me a picture. But they are awesome, and have great customer service. My daughter gets bark boxes monthly and for some reason had to call them around the time my son ( her brother )died. I received a beautiful card, and my dogs a huge bark box, and I wasn’t even a customer. I immediately became one. Like most pet owners, you will earn my respect, loyalty, and get my money, if you treat my babies well. In the past two months our vet has made over 12K from us because all our dogs ( all seniors) needed dentals, with extractions, as well as one of our cats. I don’t travel anymore. I don’t spend money on myself much, but I worked all my life and in my retirement, and my fur kids golden years, I chose to make their lives as good as I can. I also donate almost exclusively to to animal rescues. Love my fur babies ♥️♥️♥️🐾🐾🐾

Oh my menagerie! I’m allergic to all three of my little loves, but how can I not have them in my life? The joy, humor and comfort they bring me far outweigh any nasal and eye irritation I experience. 💖

I love all my beloved animals at my house and even my Wild Buck who lives in the backyard. Those little portraits are precious. Chewy has been delivering goods to all my neighbors.

Thee best people work for Chewy in the Customer Service Department! My Noodle (cat) is nearing the end of his life. Have been changing my order due to this & depending on his appetite. Each rep is upbeat, no problem. You can hear it in their voice they like their job.

We were Chewy customers for our 2 dogs- both died within 90 days of each other this year.. Called chewy in tears to cancel our order. They sent us flowers & a sympathy card. Wonderful company!

I love both my fur babies beyond anything else. They make me smile nonstop & I'm truly relaxed around them! My husband comes in 2nd place!! 🤣😅🤣 Just kidding handsome--you know your my best friend & I love you ❣

My doncern as single sl older person is what happens to dogs if I have to go to the hospital?? One doctor said they aren't important, send them to the pound and get on with it. sure wish that doc could see this video. We need back up support for the critters when we have fragile moments, I am not that old, just disabled.

A man took his dog to the hospital to see his mother. It was in a stroller under a blanket. A friend asked to see her dog. Daughters did not get it. Dogs are more civil than most people.

Why would it take eight months to adopt a dog from the pound? There's something wrong with that! You should be able to get a pet within a couple of days!

Chewy is amazing! They sent me flowers after my cat passed away. They also refunded my money for the purchased prescription diet food worth over $100, and told me to donate it to my local shelter. They even cancelled my auto ship when I forgot. I would normally donate to a shelter, and not return food for a refund, but it was so expensive, and his vet bills and associated costs were $500+ the last 6 months of his life (no regrets). I asked if they would take the food back for a store credit or half-refund, because I only used 30% of it.

Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. They did not give the full story about why pet adoptions were down during COVID. 1) A lot of shelters were closed. 2) Adoptions were suspended. 3) Staffing issues. I think the reporter needed to keep in mind animal shelters were clueless about operations during 2020.

I have to disagree. Been married 40 years and my 5 fur kids and I have sent my husband to another room, because I snore and they like to stretch out. Our marriage is fine, and the fur kids are happy too
