People don't realize politics change drastically from east coast to west coast, here on east coast whiteboys have to either stand ten toes down and be solid or be a Gump, I've only done county prison bids and I remember in my 20"s I was a beast 6'2 lifted weights and had a brother in law who was a tattoo artist and I got a lot of ink done this skinny white kid approaches me and asks if I could protect him and he would hook me up commissary because a couple guys in our pod were trying to extort him ,I said look you only have two choices one is go throw then hands and I will make sure it's a fair fight and because he is standing up for himself I'd stand with him or go check in to P C ( punk city) I said once you check in your no good and it will follow you for ghe rest of your life so the kid said he will fight so the next day I went looking for him.in the day room and the kid checked in to PC !!!!! That kinda shit happens too often here on the east coast outta 10 whiteboys only 3 going to be solid and the majority scared to fight or just straight up junkies and it's because of that it makes a solid white guys bid harder because other races make the mistake of thinking all us white guys the same !!!!! Anyone who is interested in the socio-economic and racial topics brought up in the first half of this video should read the book, 'The Bell Curve', by Hernstein and Murray. Like when Rob said, 'I'm sorry if I offend anyone, but these are facts', this book needs the same disclaimer. I am not one to really worry about political correctness when it comes to factual information, especially statistics. But since Robert was nice, so will I. With that said, I think that this book should be considered to be mandatory reading for anyone who likes to know what is going on in society and why things happen. I remember my father being in a Federal Prison one time I can't remember if it was in Pennsylvania or Connecticutt, but when we went to visit him one time with my grandmother, the visiting room was quite nice. We sat cushioned easy chairs and there was someone with a cart selling us snacks. I thought it was quite different from the one where we did have to talk to him on a phone with a glass between us. He was at Rikers too. I was afraid of my father. He would send me harsh letters if I didn't write him. I was in a catholic home for girls and I was afraid of him even when he was 1000 miles away.

That's the way it goes in prison. Mind one's own business, stick up for yourself (even if you get your ass kicked) & there'll be help. Take it like a punk w/out as much as throwing a fist, that person then is labeled as such. It's the truth. That much has likely not changed since I last pulled time nearly 40 years ago. It was mostly racial based then, usually black inmates would force themselves on white ones who were often "loners", although not all the time. Never did I see or hear of a white dude or gang force themselves on a black dude, although there were black punks who sold themselves out or had a "daddy". There are differences between the West & East Coast, yes on the West one is (usually) able to get protection automatically, as long as their paperwork comes up clean when checked. East Coast is different, at least on the State level, inmates are encouraged to socialize with those of all races. There are still gang activities nationwide, however many forbids homosexual acts to be a member, especially any Muslim groups, some Black ones, as well as MS-13 & Aryan Brotherhood. Punishment will be swift & certain for violation of gang policies. Am sure Rob knows this. Rob, I'm proud of the work you've done & have noticed your subscribers risen in a short span. Man, this guy in particular disappeared shortly thereafter. So, I spent over 50 percent of my time in the SHU at Leavenworth and not long after this incident took place I went to the hole and never saw dude again
