Keepsake Exhibition Launch

On 19 July, we launched our new exhibition ‘Keepsake: Cherished Family Mementos from the Collection’. The evening was a celebration of stories behind family heirlooms, keepsakes and knowledge passed down between generations. Here are some key moments of the launch event and panel conversation.

The Chin Wagon is a mobile recording studio designed to capture WA’s stories. Run by much-loved storytelling collective Barefaced Stories. Members of the public brought in there treasured item and were interviewed about the story behind there item.
