Thanks for the another perfect review Andy! What do you think of Delci vs Artti R2? You probably didn't use R2, but both seem very similar: more or less the same price, tuning (somewhat neutral, slight U-shape and warm) and size. Size factor and ergonomic is probably more important for me as my ears are on the smaller size and something like Letshuoer S12 with short nozzles and overall small shells suits me well. I assume that R2 may be even smaller than Delci, but is there any chance that Delci, probably being only slightly bigger than R2, is also quiet a bit more technical if it is on the technicalities level of EA500LM?
@donglemadness
@donglemadness 3 ай бұрын
My pleasure. I don't have R2 so I don't know what to say about it unless I had the chance to hear it myself. Technically yes, Delci is on equal footing to EA500LM and that is already very impressive

If it sounds similar in tonality to HD 600, 650, 6XX, I don't have to look further. And most people know how HD 6** series sounds like, which makes them good reference point. For me the midrange and low, mid highs are most important. A bit extra low end extension doesn't hurt if it's there, as long as the vocals are not affected. Maybe my hunt for warm neutral IEM on the budget is with Delci. Never read, heard about Kefine. Big thanks

Hi Andy, I was trying to decide between these and the Hexa for male vocals that are clear and natural, with just a little bit of energy. I listened to a sound demo of the Hexa and really liked them with vocals, but curious how they compare. Does the bass boost on the Delci bleed into the vocals at all? I'm just worried the vocals might not be too crisp - please guide me, thanks!

BTR15 is superior in every way compared to Moondrop DAWN Pro, but I would say it is very close, not day and night sort of difference. Both linear neutral and offering near analog timbre, BTR15 just a bit better with technicalities. So if budget no issues, BTR15 all the way

The overall tuning of EM6L is pretty much on par to Delci when it comes to mass and volume. But EM6L does appear faster with transient speed which means it will appear more tactile than Delci, but in return Delci has the smoother transient behavior and the decays a bit more airy too. @@davegorthuis679I'm curious too, as I have the Artti T10 and the EA500 LM. Also the MP145. My favorite so far is the Artti T10, because the MP145 has a bit of sibilance even though its bass is out of this world, much better, deeper, than the T10, but the the T10 has a better balanced tuning that if not as impressive sub bass, it doesn't have the harsh sibilance that the MP145 sometimes has. The EA500 LM is bassy and very detailed, so it's not as sibilant as others but it can be too forward at times. The T10 just hits the right spot for me. I wonder also how it fares against the Delci.

I can't decide that for you, it is your money after all. To me the decision between Delci or EA500LMM boils down to the differences they offer, as noted in this video in comparison section, they are very closely matched, if you like more Bass, Delci has it, if you want Bass that is nearer to neutral target EA500LM (but both are still Bassy for my taste). EA500LM also offers tuning nozzles which changes the sound to suit different taste, make your decisions on those factors.
