Kefka Palazzo makes his grand entrance onto the stage of history. There's been many a Kefka in the SoulCalibur community, but for mine I wanted to put my focus on two main things: The hair, and the makeup. That's kind of been my signature thing for a while now. I'm very happy with the finished product
