Awesome video and a great topic. I take slo-mo video of all my practice sessions, review after (most) shots to try and map he way the shot felt to what I did. But I don’t take notes, I really like that. I’ve been criticized for “over-analyzing” my practice sessions, probably rightfully so. Question, maybe a good topic for a video: How much analysis is too much analysis? When does it become counter-productive?

Great video. Reflection is so under utilized by a lot of bowlers. So many times I’ll ask what happened in the tournament and it’s just, I didn’t bowl good or I bowled good. I feel it is very important to be able to recognize both strengths and weaknesses to grow as a player. I like the idea of writing it down.👍

Thanks for the note. Try getting a notebook and keeping a few notes after an event and let us know how that works.
