Kehwa 3-ways
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Saunf & Elaichi Kehwa:
-Pani (Water) 2 Cups
-Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 tsp
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 4-5
Anardana Kehwa:
-Pani (Water) 2 Cups
-Anardana (Dried pomegranate seeds) 2 tsp (washed)
-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 2
Tulsi & Adrak Kehwa:
-Pani (Water) 2 & ½ Cups
-Adrak (Ginger) slices ½ inch piece
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 3-4
-Saunf (Fennel seeds) ½ tsp
-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 2-3
-Fresh basil leaves 3-4
-Gur (Jaggery) 1 tbs
Directions:
Saunf & Elaichi Kehwa:
-In kettle,add water and bring it to boil.
-Turn off the flame,add fennel seeds,green cardamom,cover and let it rest for 4-5 minutes then mix well & strain.
-Serve lukewarm!
Anardana Kehwa:
-In kettle,add water and bring it to boil.
-Turn off the flame,add dried pomegranate seeds,cinnamon sticks and mix well.
-Cover and let it rest for 4-5 minutes then mix well & strain.
-Serve lukewarm!
Tulsi & Adrak Kehwa:
-In kettle, add water and bring it to boil.
-Add ginger, carom seeds, black peppercorns, fennel seeds, cinnamon sticks, fresh basil leaves and jaggery, mix well and cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes or until ½ cup water evaporates then strain.
-Serve hot!

-Kettle mein pani dal ker ubal lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,saunf aur hari elaichi dal ker dhak dein aur 4-5 minutes kliya chor dein phir ache tarhan mix karein & strain ker lein.
-Neem garam serve karein!
Anardana Kehwa:
-Kettle mein pani dal ker ubal lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,anardana aur darchini dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Dhak dein aur 4-5 minutes kliya chor dein phir ache tarhan mix karein & strain ker lein.
-Neem garam serve karein!
Tulsi & Adrak Kehwa:
-Kettle mein pani dal ker ubal lein.
-Adrak,ajwain,sabut kali mirch,saunf,darchini,fresh basil leaves aur gur dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 8-10 minutes ya ½ cup pani evaporates hunay tak darmiyani ancch per paka lein phir strain ker lein.
-Garam serve karein!
