Anybody wondering why those five characters, here’s why I think so. [Spoilers] On the last negotiation part, trading with Q-taro will get you a bad ending where Q-taro buys the 200 me token escape ticket and kills everyone else. Sou is just a liar and suspicious. Kai was set up to do dirty work for the death game, making him suspicious. Joe tried to kill off everyone one else and save just him and Sara, since he was the sacrifice. Ranger killed Alice, which is why he’s number 5

In exchange, I want you to *not* vote for me!!" during the Main Game Maybe he deceived everyone that he's a Sage but he did it for everyone's good... I mean... People would be feeling bad about that he's a Sacrifice and Sara would probably try to save him at all cost. He didn't want to make them feeling bad about their decision. Or at least I think about it that way qwq He also said that he's believing in everyone and even Kai and Sou are good people So I think that he's there because he just deceived people about being Sage
