I never fully heard this song before but went through it now, together with paying attention to the time stamps you shared. I think Keiko needs the right type of music to be written for her. A crafted musical palette. She shines in these old school songs (suggesting she was really influenced by them growing up and they influenced her singing style). She's not a basic pop singer stylistically, so those kinds of songs don't highlight her voice. The rock themes and "baroque pop" of Kalafina did. She's also good at ballads. She needs strong instrumentation and not cookie-cutter pop.
