Keil uVision Tutorial for beginners

The main objective of this video is to learn to create a new project with 0 errors and 0 warnings using Keil µVision software. We execute a sample LED blinking program using ARM7 based LPC2148 microcontroller.

Can Keil uVision program/debug using any JTAG device? For example, I see uVision supports Microsemi SmartFusion2 device.. can Microsemi's FlashPro5 programmer be used within uVision IDE? (In the target options' Debug tab, I don't see the FlashPro5 listed)
