해가 갈수록 더워지는 한국의 여름.
덥지만 참아지지않아 오늘도 냉방기기를 돌리고
지구는 온난화가 가속되고..
악순환이 계속되는거 같아요.😞
더워서 집밥도 잘 안해먹게 되고
찐옥수수나 찐계란, 토마토 정도로 해결하고 지내는 여름이네요.
어쩌다 보니 올해는 초복, 중복, 말복도 삼계탕 한 그릇없이
보내게 되었어요.
올 여름은 무리하지말고 욕심내지않고 몸 살살 움직이면서
마무리 잘하고 다가 올 시원한 가을을 기대해 봅니다.

Summer in Korea is getting hotter and hotter.
It's hot, but I can't stand it anymore, so I turn on the air conditioner today.
The earth is warming up quickly..
It seems like a vicious cycle is continuing.😞
It's so hot that I don't eat home-cooked meals often,
and I get through the summer with just steamed corn, steamed eggs, and tomatoes.
Somehow, this year, I spent Chobok, Jungbok, and Malbok without a bowl of Samgyetang.
This summer, I'm going to finish it well by not overdoing it, not being greedy, and moving my body gently.
And I'm looking forward to the cool fall that's coming.
