Much of Keith and co - music - solo and in the trio - have often inspired or calmed me - deeply. I would then - be able - to mediate well - negotiating the depths of the heart and or probing spiritual etiquette. These points of poise - balance and revelation - have greatly and vitally - helped me - in the mystic quest. May others - feel similarly - for methinks - that even - the Real Being - is happy - with these messengers. Fare thee well.

I agree, I'd buy the CD just for this piece- this and the 1978 are my favourite versions. I never tire of the intro on this.

Yes, the intro is superb. So beautifully understated and nuanced. It freshens the entire piece.

This version is, indeed, the very best one. Thanks!

1. Keith Jarrett - Piano 2. Fusion 3. jazz 4. I enjoyed watching Keith Jarrett humping his piano as he plays. But he deserved humping because he was so good. This, My Song, is really touching tune and one of many pieces that proves his virtuosity to the world.
