Why are people so hung up on a genre? I like keith urban. Not because he played country music. I like Keith urban because he is talented. Period. Don’t get me wrong I love my country music (born and raised in brooklyn, NY btw) but it can be very limited. I’ve said it before and I’ll repeat it if I have to, brad paisley, Kenny Chesney, while good artists are so predictable it makes me sick. I am so done with Chesney’s beach, flip flops, fun in the sun vibe that I honestly can’t listen to him anymore. Brad paisley has one sound. We’ve heard it already. I believe that’s prob why pop country started because they needed to break that mold. It just gets boring. Keith is doing it right! And it’s so damn good!
