Hope this helps. You will find that the last scene goes to be the start of the video. If you read the first line of the song it says, We sit next to each other in the car but there is no music. I always held your left hand. (Driver) The last scene shows them sitting next to each other with Jae-Hyun arm leaning over to SEO IN GUK and there is no music playing. (Most scenes) are In Guk driving/in apartment thinking. Dasom was never in the car! She is representing the Korean Family tradition/pressure & emotions of society towards marriage that's creating the possible split.) If you put the ending scene of both guys sitting in the car, to the start the lyrics all make sense. Why read on. Given that Both K.WILL (Singer) and ACTOR SEO IN GUK Says It Is about gay love.. To understand the MV you need to step back and re-focus fresh. Read the Lyrics which explain clearing what is going on. Hope this helps. (Synopsis) In Guk and Jae-Hyun were gay lovers in the MV. Why. Read the lyrics and then look at the MV again. Remembering Both the car and apartment scenes are In Guk thinking. As I said, Dasom is representing the Korean traditional family pressure to marry that’s forced on both straight and gays to get married and sometimes to whom the parents have picked. He doesn't show many emotions] Jae-Hyun does show sadness and remorse on the balcony as he takes hold In Guk’s right arm, Jae-Hyun’s left hand, (As per the Lyrics “I always held your left hand.”) Jae-Hyun ’s body and looks are one of forgive me you know I had to do this, you know the pressures. In Guk’s response is of how could you do this but it’s done. Lyrics: I am crying. Should I use the Handkerchief you gave me or throw it away. The stealth gaze In Guk and Jae-Hyun give each other at the Wedding as they slink past each other. But when they start to prepare for the photo there is no look of, I just got married to Dasom, instead Jae-Hyun just goes through the motions of an empty look and then looking down at his hand holding Dasom. The look is more like, almost guilt to say it has happened, I cannot turning back. But when Jae-Hyun looks over to In Guk the look he gives In Gul would melt ice! And the Look back from In Guk to Jae-Hyun is he definitely feels his love in Jae-Hyun eyes. Look at In Guk’s EYES, BODY MOVEMENT and then In Guk’s THROAT SWALLOWING as if his breath has been taken away. Just that moment with both them gazing into each other eyes whilst at the Altar with his bride. Jae Hyun and In Guk must have been gay lovers. His acting is excellent. Example while in the car, Dason is in his face and annoying him to the no end. Whilst in the apartment MV jumps all over with shots of Wedding rings being worn but they are not married yet. The scenes near stairs are also jumbled which shows In Guk’s legs wearing Black Daks but shows Jae-Hyun (White Daks) hugging Dason. Then In Guk wearing black Daks running down the stairs again. In the end it is showing that some gay people will get married but you can tell that In Guk stands his ground and shows he will not marry as he has no feelings for women and he wants his man. Hence Dasom not in the car seat as he leans over. Given that K.Will stated it is about gay love. There are two ways to interpret this MV. First interpretation: How I have stated in my earlier posts. They were both in love but Jae-Hyun was forced into marriage. Many gays are and have married a girl, but they are still gay. And many will still have gay relationships whilst married. Second interpretation: Everything you see in the MV is In Guk’s thoughts/worries of the Korean Tradition/pressure to Jae-Hyun to get married but due to the last scene of Jae-Hyun in car with his left arm leaning over to In Guk’s Hand. Shows that Jae-Hyun was being pressured to marry, but both In Guk and Jae-Hyun in the end were together still. Things to question At the Wedding Altar where is the preacher? Rings being worn and thrust into In Guk’s face many times prior to the marriage. But the wedding ring is placed on Dasom’s finger at the altar, but had it on when she comes down church stairs and again thrusts it in In Guk’s face. Why is a ring shown so many times to the same person and in a strong way so often? Because they are conveying a vision of you must marry. Abstract Paintings on walls during Jae-Hyun and Dasom scenes in hallway, and Dasom and In Guk on stairs when he literally threatens her violently to get out of his face! But Jae-Hyun only laughs it off. Jae-Hyun gayish reaction back to In Guk whilst Dasom (Remember she represents traditional pressure to marry) sticks her tongue out as if to say, Ha, I am succeeding to pressure Jae-Hyun into marriage. Dason’s hair blowing in the wind whilst in car. Then Dasom’s look turns sour (not Sad) as the pressures are not convincing In Guk. But sticks her tongue out at In Guk to suggest I am still pressuring Jae-Hyun. Guy in Pink shoes gets pointed out of the church entrance by Jae-Hyun. Read the Lyrics and where they represented in the MV. I just love the way the MV has been put together and acted. Not to forget K.Wills great voice. Very brave of them to put this out and how it deflects what would have been a major backlash in Korea if it straight-out said what it is about? Very clever. If you are not familiar with the pressures I am talking about there is an excellent Korean drama that has been praised for its poignant portray. A Korean FAMILY/comedy drama handles this gay situation about Korean tradition / pressure to marry and being gay more than perfectly. It covers very realistically of being gay in a traditional Korean family, forcing marriage and coming out. It is brilliant! It’s called “Life is Beautiful” a 2010 Korean drama. my deciphering of the MV, they are in a car, since we already know Dasom is a figment of Seo In Guk's imagination, it's the drive afterwards since he's wearing formal wear, and she's making fun of him and boasting on how she's got married,everything else is a flashback. it shows like how he's soft on the guy but harsh and Blows up on the girl like when she hid behind the guy or when he was awkward when they hugged. also the scene where they hold hands, seo in guk's was place in the same place as Dasom's. There are subtle hints.
