This case is very ridiculous, haha. I noticed the judge expressed a lot of contempt towards the Makola Lawyer and although its a comedy show, the judge was very biased for charging the defendant. This case should have been thrown away cos the fact here is, the makola lawyer wouldn't be able to proof two seats were occupied by the plaintiff even if he should or wanted to proof it, same way a receipt for a trotro fare cannot be presented in court.
