It's about time a law gets set up in place. Anyways, only if the law will be respected and follow. In Canada, if you live together in relationship for more than 3 years (I believe), it is considered as Common-Law partners, which binds you together. It's not considered as wife n husband, but it's sanctioned somehow as couples and protected by law and in case of separation, things are shared. And even better when there are kids involved.

Well, because this is just for fun, we just take the judgement as given. However, in the real law court, this judgement is legally flawed. Cohabitation is currently alien to our laws in Ghana so it doesn't constitute marriage and by extension, doesn't grant any rights to any party to the cohabitation during the period over which such cohabitation persists.
