Indian constitution should clearly state how independent, impartial and wise candidates be chosen by executive, legislature both leaders of ruling and opposition, judiciary, representatives of public from every state decide on selecting President, VP, EC, VCs, Governors and Lt. Governors which no political party just by sheer numbers can overrule. Those should be non negotiable in centre and states.
