I have an account like this. The only thing i can do is trade and buy things. I can't talk, see what other say, open buddy list, send buddy requests, do adventures, or any of that. Animal Jam completely ignored emails regarding the account too which sort of adds to the fact that it's practically banned without being banned. The account became like this after a 14 day suspension that was implemented on the account. The account has been in this restricted mode since 2019. This was an intentional thing that Animal Jam themselves did. I'd be happy to provide any proof or further information if you need!
