Yes. Then they come back after she steps off stage 😂😂. Funny thing. Back in the EARLY 2000S I was a fan of her album. I did security for a Black August show at BB kings. I was posted at the side of the stage at the door to go backstage when Jag was onstage smoking her cig and singing at the same time... but sounding amazing. When she was done she was standing with someone else next to me and the amt of DRAMA and nasty attitude coming from her was shocking to me...I was working and said nothing just was posted up but I walked away from that night with a bad impression of her...just based off her mouth and actions. From then on I hardly played her album. Somehow I'm not suprised how she fell out of favor with everyone. I did security backstage at those conscious events on 3 to 4 occasions at the time as I was a member of the org that put the shows on to raise money for political prisoners... I had the pleasure of being around Eryka Badu at her sound check...beautiful person inside and out. Sitting and talking with Talib Kweli several times and many more. I only walked away with negative opinions of Jaguar... and kinda Mos Def too but that's another story. 😂.... either way Jag is super talented. Beautiful voice.
