Im so glad Keke who is skinny and speaking out about having PCOS because often times doctors tell plus sized women with PCOS "you need to lose weight " so what do you tell a skinny woman with pcos? Thats a question that plus size women should start asking doctors.

Endocrinologist here - yea about 25% of women with pcos don’t have a bmi in obese or overweight range. And overall pcos affects 5-15% of women. I still recommend diet changes (carb reduction, increase protein) with some success. And medication/supplements depending on severity (very irregular or infrequent periods).
