She can belt out a song at a high decibel or she can tone it down a sing in a soothing tone at will. She can easily go from Gospel to R&B to Blues to Pop and Jazz. She can do it all extremely well. She moves me. She has a voice that can fill a stadium.

GarageStudio Beyoncé is a far better vocalist than both. she's has the best technique in today's industry. Her melisma is very close to Mariah's. Her mixing is unlike any other vocalist in history. Her breathing control will destroy any artists you'd name. And she's always on key. Beyoncé knows her limits and how to properly take great care of her voice, which is why she sometimes retrain herself.
