His ultimate symbol is a small flower, and after its energy is full, there is another circle outlining it. Try letting the outer circle turn to a whole circle until his ultimate symbol changes to a bloomed/ bigger rose. Then use his ultimate. Or you can watch the official Honkai Star Rail's 'Keeping up with Star Rail' about Argenti! Hope you enjoy using him! I have a crappy build but he still does crazy damage!

First of all congrats on getting Argenti! Now, he has the lowest and highest cost ult in the game. Against smaller mobs the 90 cost is perfect, thats why it was so good in the test! Now, I know everyone told you about the full ult, so I will not enter in details, but it is like Jing Yuan, ignoring dead enemies, making him a monster even single target

I did like 60 pulls at 18 pity I was so excited because the erudition symbol popped up... And then Himeko came out..... But thankfully I got him at 32 Pity! And I got lightcone at 12 pity! I had 32 pulls left so I tried to get Hanya's Eidolons, I only got one, and out of all of those 140 pulls I got E6 Lynx....
