Kelechi never do reach Aghahowa. We used to call him Aghawinner because of his impact on games. Having said that, both aren’t elite players.

How many goals did Julius Agaowa scored in total for Nigeria but do not forget that the team Aghaowa played for is one of the best super Eagles in the history. Just imagine, an era that have Oliseh, Okocha, Kanu, one of the best teams ever, if i am to judge both players, i will give it to Kelechi based on so many factors, he have far more goals in Super Eagles shirts than Aghaowa, moreover we should also take the note that currently, in super Eagles, we been having some of the worst managers, we should also remember that Kelechi have still more years to play and if only we can bring in a good manager who can really build a strong team then we should expect more performances from Kelechi Iheanacho. Aghaowa definitely had a very short spel in Super Eagles and i do think he had ever been a regular at any time in Super Eagles throughout his playing days.

The comparison doesn’t make sense. They are very different types of players in different times. But I would say that kelechi has had a more consistent call up for Nigeria at different stages and he is always happy to play for Nigeria.
