Did you check the ingredients, Hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut, soybean, and/or cottonseed), Natural and artificial flavor, Colors: Red 40, Yellow 5, Blue 1, Yellow 6, Sugar. That's just half of the list.

I don’t know why it’s needed to put all that stuff in this cereal but I’m sure this stuff once won’t kill you and you only live once so stuff like this in moderation is okay

You should have done a glucose stick test after eating all of that. I can't wait until they come out with a box of just glaze, or deep fried sugar. Just looking at these, they look like they would chew up the inside of your mouth if you ate a bowl of them in milk. That was my problem with Cap'n Crunch. The taste was terrific, but it felt like you just ate a box of sugar coated razor blades when you were done with them. Kind of a love, hate relationship.
